About the Role As an E-Commerce Activation Manager, you will sit right at the heart of business supporting & working as business partners with our digital sales teams to ensure they have all the insight, growth drivers & tools they need to deliver brilliant execution of Diageo's commercial plan to shift consumer & shopper behavior to achieve Diageo's financial and market share ambition.
This role has direct responsibility for all activations of all brands across customers in the digital space across total Southern Europe: Spain, Italy, France, Portugal, and Greece. You will be working with digital commercial teams and alongside the Shopper/Customer Marketing brand teams to deliver outstanding activation.
In this role, you will:
Build the activation plans for our key brands & customers in the Southern Europe E-Commerce channel. Lead the implementation of all the key platforms & activations within your customers. Be the Omni-channel activation lead, providing digital expertise to the rest of Sales & Customer Marketing teams in the organization. Coordinate with shopper marketing for activities that make our brands show up admirably to customers & consumers. Provide a detailed delivery of all assets and tools to deliver excellent activation for key brands and customers. Lead the conversation with our activation agencies to develop and complete execution of shopper marketing programs. Define the critical activation metrics for all shopper marketing plans, monitoring them accurately. Efficiently manage the A&P budget for the channel in full. Conduct M&E activity to ensure we are constantly improving our plans to drive greater return on investment. About You Experience: You have about 3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing for the online market. Skills: Passionate about E-Commerce – you are a day-to-day digital native, and you are curious and passionate about this area, keeping up with trends, competitor activity & discovering/driving the platforms of the future. Analytical – you can synthesize and analyze data, generating meaningful insights and recommendations. You have a good knowledge of Excel and are comfortable working with data. Agility – you can work in a fast-paced, matrix organization, you champion speed and simplification, you have the ability to build brilliant relationships to deliver amazing outcomes, and you understand how to get things done. Presenting – you can create clear and compelling insights and you present to others in an engaging and impactful way: translating insights into actions. Team player – you can build powerful relationships and work collaboratively within a team. Problem solver & solution-based – an excellent teammate who can take care of ambiguity & adapt quickly in the face of adversity. Languages: You are fluent in both English and Spanish. Italian and/or French is a plus.
