As E-Com Lead, you are responsible for driving digital growth by optimizing the shopping experience across our digital transactional channels (.com & app). You will plan and execute product exposure strategies, analyze trends, search insights, customer behavior, and inventory availability to enhance commercial performance and brand perception. Collaborating closely with Omni Merchandising and Customer Activation & Marketing teams, you ensure a seamless and relevant shopping journey that supports omni-channel sales performance.
Your main responsibilities include:
Product Exposure & OptimizationPlan and execute product exposure on .com and app to enhance commercial performance and brand perception.Optimize product rankings, navigation, internal search, and content publishing based on trends, customer behavior, and inventory insights.Execute deals and discounts with effective exposure tactics and continuously improve using data-driven insights.Work with Experience Leads and Marketing teams to align campaigns, optimize the digital experience, and leverage cross-merchandising opportunities.Provide insights to guide product and customer strategies while staying updated on industry trends and competitors.Education University Degree, preferably in Business, Economics, or E-commerce.Skills & Experience Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem, eCommerce platforms, and site merchandising principles.In-depth understanding of fashion retail, regional market trends, and consumer preferences.Proficient in interpreting sales data, search trends, and web analytics to optimize product exposure.Results-driven with a strategic mindset to align sales and brand goals.Effective teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.Growth mindset, proactive problem-solving, and staying updated on trends and technology.2+ years in eCommerce roles within the fashion retail industry.This position offers a temporary local contract, and it is a requirement to have the necessary work permits and residency in Barcelona.
