This role involves developing, implementing, and executing communication programs across corporate digital channels (such as web and LinkedIn) and external platforms (PR). The position collaborates with other company departments (sales, product, operations, customer success, and partner programs) to create content. This persona will have a key role and oversee marketing resources, both internal and external, and manage the department budget.As a relatively new position, we seek an initiative-driven individual with data-driven decision-making skills to establish the foundations of a crucial area in the company's commercial strategy. Success in this role is measured by the ability to create content, formats, and communication strategies aligned with strategic and business objectives—driving business growth, customer retention, and brand recognition.Your key responsibilities:Strategy Development: Creating and executing a content marketing strategy aligned with the company's business objectives. Identifying topics and formats that yield the best results. Ensuring all content aligns with the brand's voice and tone.Content Creation and Management: Managing engaging content across various channels (website, blog, social media, email). Developing marketing collateral like white papers, case studies, and product videos. Planning and maintaining an editorial calendar for consistent content publication.Marketing Automation: Designing and implementing campaigns focused on awareness, customer retention, and product adoption.Communication Plans: Defining communication plans related to new versions, features, and products. Creating and maintaining sales materials (brochures, success stories, etc.).Resource Coordination: Coordinating internal and external resources (e.G., agencies, freelancers). Optimizing content for search engines (SEO) and conducting content audits.Performance Monitoring: Continuously analyzing content performance. Staying informed about market trends to position the company as a market leader.Public Relations (PR): Managing external communication and relationships with media and vendors.Copywriting and Advertising: Becoming an expert content creator using effective storytelling methods.SEO Optimization: Improving organic visibility through on-page and off-page strategies. Conducting regular SEO audits and implementing best practices.Department Management: Overseeing assigned team members. Managing the marketing budget efficiently. Generating monthly reports based on marketing metrics.Requirements:Native or C2 English proficiency. Spanish is a very strong plus
