Reporting into HR Director, as HR generalist your main responsibilities will involve:
Deliver generalist HR support at a country or business area, acting as point-of-contact for provision of professional advice and support to a range of HR activities and programs.Own delivery for one or more HR activities and programs which may include recruitment, training, reward and employee relations issues.Act as an HR specialist in a technical area providing specialist advice or heading-up project delivery in this area.Work with management to understand business priorities and tailor HR support to local requirements.Regularly review HR policies and processes, identifying areas for enhancement and making recommendations for change.Co-design and drive HR project delivery in line with defined People Plan priorities.Ensure flawless execution of key people processes across the business.Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve the employee experience, through accuracy and pace of delivery.Guarantee that all work-related activities comply with applicable external and internal regulations (policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and code of conduct).Essential requirements: Qualified to degree level.Experience in a relevant HR field.Fluency in English (B2/C1) with strong communications and presentation capabilities.Demonstrated ability to partner with the business to deliver effective solutions.Experience in achieving results through effective collaboration.A 'can-do' attitude.Evidence of impact and influence.Ability to find insights and make decisions using data.Business acumen.Actively collaborates to simplify processes for business outcomes.Excellent project management and the ability to work well in a team environment.Desirable requirements: Has previous above-market HR experience.Can be globally mobile.AstraZeneca es una empresa que promueve la igualdad de oportunidades.
