We are a technology team of a fast-growing IoT Company and we now have the opportunity for a Global Product Owner in our Technology Hub in Madrid. This role works closely with business owners from discovery to implementation of products, driving Verisure Securitas Direct's strategic vision. You will play a key role as part of an agile development team in defining and shaping projects and approaches to delivery in a fast-paced, customer-focused IoT environment. Vision, road mapping, and prioritization will be key parts of your daily work.You will:Understand different product necessities, from business to technical.Be a platform owner, developing in a high-quality environment, implementing software development best practices, and maintaining our platform with a zero bugs target.Interact with internal and external staff, requiring continuous communication and teamwork.Work closely with stakeholders and the Scrum team to develop and prioritize the product backlog.Collaborate with the Scrum Master to ensure requirements are managed in a way that maintains agile best practices.Translate high-level business requirements/epics into user stories and work as part of the agile development team to deliver new products.Help the team define acceptance criteria for every user story.Ensure quality and area of work within your teams.Required Qualifications:Computer Engineering / Bachelor's DegreeExperience in Process Design and Business Analysis.Advanced English proficiency.Experience in defining requirements and creating user stories.Experience working in agile teams, responsive to changing business priorities.Experience in stakeholder management.Experience managing several teams.At least 7 years of provable experience in IT.Competencies:Organized, methodical, and responsible.Initiative and ability to work in a team.Proactivity and autonomy.High communication and negotiation skills.Results and customer-oriented.Ability to deal with providers
