Job Title: Senior EU Fleet Compliance ManagerLocation: Corporate offices in Paris, Brussels, Barcelona, and MadridMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant fieldProven experience in Assurance, Automotive, Engineering, Logistics, Legal or Contract ManagementProven experience influencing and interacting with cross-functional teams at the senior leadership levelA history of developing strong, value-add partnershipsAbility to handle and prioritize a high volume of engagements; expert at knowing when to delegate and when to 'do'Excellent communication skills and a high bar for accuracy and detail (business proficient in the local language as well as English)Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environmentAt Amazon, we're working to be the earth's most customer-centric company. Come join the team and help us make history!Key Responsibilities:Recommend, implement and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achievedOwn fleet accountability metrics across EUConduct ongoing data analysis to detect systematic failuresDocument and report service quality levelsBuild effective relationships with AMZL senior leadership and legal teams within EU AMZLBuild collaborative relationships with Fleet Operations and Compliance Leaders in other geographiesAbout the Team:The EU Fleet Compliance Team upholds fleet road worthiness, ensuring safe fleet operations in accordance with legal regulations and Amazon operating standards. By achieving this, vehicle, driver, and community safety, legal compliance, and vehicle health are all improved.Preferred Qualifications:Masters or other post-graduate degreeLean Six Sigma degreeQuality Management CertificationProject Management CertificationFleet Management experienceSecond European language would be an advantage#J-18808-Ljbffr
