Key Responsibilities: Recommend, implement and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achievedOwn fleet accountability metrics across EUConduct ongoing data analysis to detect systematic failuresDocument and report service quality levelsBuild effective relationships with AMZL senior leadership and legal teams within EU AMZLBuild collaborative relationships with Fleet Operations and Compliance Leaders in other geographiesAbout the Team: The EU Fleet Compliance Team upholds fleet road worthiness, ensuring safe fleet operations in accordance with legal regulations and Amazon operating standards.
