On this occasion, we offer a permanent contract of Reinsurance Analyst in the Underwriting & Reinsurance team. We provide you with the following information:
What is the purpose of the position? Participation in the activities of the Reinsurance department. She/ He will be integrated into the reinsurance team, providing:
Proactivity in process improvement.
Cooperation and teamwork.
Analytical skills.
Vision of business strategy.
Skills in communication and customer service (brokers, reinsurers)
The following will be highly valued: Solvency II knowledge.
Power BI and Power Automate
What are the tasks that you'll perform? Monitor business development based on key metrics.
Assess quarterly results in coordination with UW/Accounting/Claims.
Preparation of periodic accounts of reinsurance contracts and reporting of the same to brokers, reinsurers and Financial Department, as well as establishment of the corresponding balances.
Management and monitoring of the settlement of account balances and profit sharing.
Improvement of the current closing and reporting processes, actively working with the Data department in the automation of existing processes.
Supports to other areas in making decisions in terms of products performance, group business quotations, UW...
Manage renewal process, including Facultative reinsurances.
Support to negotiation of reinsurance solutions to meet NN objectives, in terms of efficiency and strategy.
Optimization and maintenance of reinsurance treaty business.
What are we looking for? University degree, ADE or Actuarial certification required
Minimum 3-5 years of experience developing similar functions.
Paquete Office (Excel, Word, Access).
Technical knowledge of life & home insurance products
Fluency in English.
