Your skillset (must-have): Agile methodology experience (Scrum, Kanban...)Project management skills and experienceKnowledge of Git version control systemsProject management tools (Jira, Taiga...)Advanced English levelAdvanced user of office packagesYour tasks and responsibilities: Manage our current projects ensuring they all are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.Establish and maintain communication with all relevant stakeholders and internal departments.Estimate, plan ahead and go through new projects proposals.Perform risk management to minimize any risks.Identify and resolve technical challenges.Ensure a smooth development of every project and solving any blocked tasks or resources.Lead, coach, counsel and develop members of the project team.Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.Understand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success.
