Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor the end-to-end shipment process.
Coordinate with various stakeholders in shipment process handling.
Provide value add to customers through effective business solutions.
Query resolution with shippers/customers/key account managers.
Maintain a customer-centric approach.
Prepare and submit all documents in a timely manner.
Responsible for cross-sell/up-sell and customer retention.
Adhere to process and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during daily operation.
Identify deviations in process and proactively share with the customer.
Maintain effective and proactive communication.
Record and report performance to provide recommendations.
Work with the KCMs/commercial team to establish customer relationships.
Comply with specific customer SOP and monitor KPIs.
Execute reports or other tasks assigned by Team Leader/Manager.
We are looking for Solid experience with logistics/supply chain.
Good knowledge of logistics companies and supply chain management operations.
Fluency in English, Spanish, and French is mandatory.
Excellent communication skills.
Stakeholder management skills.
Customer-centricity and result orientation.
Well-organized when working under pressure.
Team player.
Good understanding of operational processes.
