Shift Details: Monday to Friday

Salary: €20,000 annually + €2,000 in benefits

Overview: Join our high-tech project in Barcelona as a multilingual Customer Service Sales Representative. Utilize your language skills to handle post-sales customer requests and drive additional sales through excellent customer service and proactive engagement.

Responsibilities: Handle inbound inquiries via calls, emails, and chat regarding customer post-sales requests.Provide fast and effective responses and resolve issues collaboratively with internal business units.Create and follow up on quotes with a focus on cross-selling and up-selling.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product portfolio and post-sales processes.Manage post-sales tasks including order cancellations, claims, deliveries, and refunds with a customer-centric approach using CRM and other tools. Candidate Profile: Advanced level of English and native proficiency in French and Dutch.Strong communication skills and knowledge of sales techniques (cross-selling, objection handling, etc.).Customer-driven with a motivation to excel in sales.Achievement and target-oriented with IT knowledge and technical understanding.Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.Strong interest in IT products and applications.Excellent customer care skills and the ability to effectively understand customer needs.
