As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a Director of Business Development located in Barcelona, where our HQ and our Funding team are located (yes, we have an office even if we are a remote-first company).
How success will look like You will develop strong, lasting business relationships between Workfully and the top tech companies in Spain and beyond.
What you will do You will own the Spanish Market, designing the GTM and strategy to sell into scale-ups and enterprise clients.
You will support global sales into the same segments.
Propose optimization, improvements and new strategies to reach sales targets.
In charge of the full sales cycle, from generating pipeline to closing deals.
Personalize messaging based on your research to improve reply rates, showcase empathy, and build credibility.
Qualify prospects by developing an understanding of their current needs, pain points, timeline, and budget.
Generating new opportunities that convert to won deals.
Manage your pipeline by moving the deals through the different stages.
Consistently meet your sales targets by effectively prioritizing and managing opportunities, forecasting accurately and building sustainable and trusted relationships with customers.
Who you are 5 years experience working as a BDR in a B2B Company selling Talent Acquisition Services and/or Products.
Ideally, you have experience selling Talent Solutions and are knowledgeable of the HR industry.
Ideally, you have worked in a Startup and/or VC-backed company before.
Strong written and verbal skills in English + Spanish.
Proven track record of achieving targets, building strong relationships with clients and driving business growth.
