The YourCode Group are proud to be partnered with a leading SaaS startup with offices throughout Europe, involved in the development of a successful marketing incentive SaaS platform that is used by customers across Europe. Our client has been awarded and nominated for multiple awards, accreditations and general recognition within the industry - as well as gaining 5* reviews within the sector.
As a Technical Product Manager, you will be working from home but should be open to travelling to the offices for meetings on an occasional basis.
Responsibilities:

Own the incentive tracking domain that collects and processes the data from various data streams
Manage the input of the reward engine
Report to the Head of Product and work within the R&D teams
Manage high-level vision and strategy, transforming the requirements into product features with the wider Agile teams
Engage with stakeholders with insights from research and analysis
Plan and deliver on delivery timescales

Experience needed:

Ideally 4+ years of experience working in Product Management, and within an Agile environment too
Knowledge of client-side and server-side tracking
Ability to work independently on customer-driven outcomes
Experience owning the sprint planning processes
Understanding of system design approaches
Fluent English
