If you are keen to become part of a winning team and believe that your knowledge and experience would make a great contribution to our organisation, we are keen to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesPresales PhaseAssist sales in bid documentation preparation & submission.Identify and record in Salesforce platform any opportunities to increase sales.Planning PhaseEnsure that client requirements are clearly defined. This may require the planning and delivery of requirements gathering workshops.Translate requirements into accurate and actionable plans. This may include the presentation of multiple deployment options to suit the client's schedule, budget, or resource constraints.Creation of planning phase deliverables (such as Statement of Work, Project Schedule/Plan, RAID Logs, Communication Management Plan).Coordination of Waters and clients' resources for the purpose of delivering planned deliverables (such as architecture, deployment, validation).Deployment PhaseCoordinate resources as needed for the successful on-time delivery of project tasks.Update and regularly communicate project status, risks, issues, and meeting minutes.Ensure that all project interactions are accurately recorded and stored in the project library.Coordinate regular client billing and invoice tracking tasks.Closeout PhasePrepare, deliver, and record all outcomes of the project in project/phase closure workshops (in-person or online).Handover project to client, Waters support, and Waters Customer Success Manager (CSM).Work with Waters Sales and CSM to ensure that a CSM engagement plan is in place at the end of the project.Close out project documentation as per Waters PM methodology. Ensure that documents are archived, status is communicated to the portfolio
