We have an exciting new opportunity for a Head of Marketing to join and help lead our existing diverse marketing team, along with our Marketing VP! As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate opportunities, demand generation, and drive revenue growth. You will lead a team of talented marketing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and customer success, to ensure alignment and achieve company objectives. In addition,
you will have expertise in website and product marketing to maximise the impact of our digital presence and optimise product positioning.
What you'll do...Strategic Planning:Develop and implement a results-driven marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives and target market segments.Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and utilise these insights to shape marketing initiatives.Set marketing goals and navigate all metrics and KPIs, tracking performance against targets.Brand Management:Oversee brand positioning and messaging to create a compelling and differentiated brand identity.Develop and enforce brand guidelines across all marketing channels and communication materials.Ensure consistent brand representation in all customer touch points.Lead Generation and Demand Generation:Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies to attract and acquire new customers.Collaborate with sales teams to optimise lead nurturing processes and facilitate the conversion of leads into customers.Content Marketing and Thought Leadership:Drive the creation and distribution of high-quality content, including white papers, case studies, blog posts, videos, and webinars, to establish thought leadership and engage target audiences.Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a steady flow of relevant and valuable content.Leverage content marketing for SEO optimisation and increase organic traffic and website conversions.Website and Product Marketing:Develop and execute strategies to optimise our website's user experience, design, and conversion rate.Collaborate with the product management team to develop product led growth opportunities, including product positioning, messaging, and pricing.Create and manage compelling product-focused campaigns, landing pages, and product documentation to drive product adoption and revenue growth.Digital Marketing and Analytics:Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO/SEM, PPC advertising, social media, and marketing automation.Utilise analytics tools to measure and analyze marketing performance, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.Optimise digital marketing campaigns based on performance metrics and market trends.Team Leadership and Development:Report directly to our VP of Marketing and help in recruiting, training, and mentoring a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.Provide guidance and support to team members, setting clear objectives, and conducting regular performance evaluations.Foster continuous learning and professional development within the marketing team.Take over goal setting, create OKRs, and execute performance reviews, as well as other team meetings (1:1s, trainings, education).What we're looking for...5+ years experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, lead generation, and demand generation.In-depth knowledge of website optimisation, user experience, and conversion rate optimisation.Experience in product marketing, including product positioning, messaging, and pricing.Demonstrated success in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns.Proficiency in marketing analytics, metrics, and data-driven decision-making.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.What we offer:As a fully remote and completely distributed team, you can do your best work from anywhere you are the happiest.Merit-based culture with substantial growth opportunities.Trust-based work - organize your own schedule.
