Local Trade Marketeer, Barcelona COTY is seeking a talented, highly motivated, and experienced individual to join our Local Trade team to cover a paternity leave.
THE ROLEIn this role you will be responsible for:
Understanding local trade and channelsDeveloping trade/channel specific plansDriving specific category reviews by channel/customer with Sales & BU's LeadersSales analysisSharing and achieving account objectivesCo-responsible for customer targets: Sales, category growth target, and market share targetAnalyzing and giving recommendations by channel for optimal product mixForecasting: Active participation in the BBM, feedback from sales, being the link between the sales forecast & marketing planSecuring and supervising that Marketing Teams deliver on time the channel/customers guidelinesNew product launch: Responsible for adapting success selling stories by channelAnalyzing trade margin and defining plans/actionsWHAT YOU'LL BRINGWHAT WE OFFERTemporary contract of paternity leave
