Experience in Quality Management in Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing and/or in any transferable area.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to face internal and external partners in an approachable and professional manner.
Problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
You place a high value on the accuracy of your work, and diligently ensure the quality of your deliverables.
Fluent English is required.
A good level of other EMEA languages (mainly French/German/Italian/Spanish) will be a strong asset.
Valid Driving License within all EU Countries.
The position is based in Spain but flexible to some locations in the EU.

As a result of continuous rapid growth, we are searching for a Program Manager for the External Fulfillment (EF) network who will report to the Head of Operations Excellence EF.
OverviewExternal Fulfillment supports EU (European Union) retail operations in identifying the best ways to fulfill products that Amazon FCs (Fulfillment Centers) cannot currently handle.
External Fulfillment works with Retail teams to prioritize potential solutions, coordinates the integration with third parties, and manages the daily operations.
The Program Manager is responsible for the deployment of Inventory Control and Quality Assurance systems and processes for the EU region in line with the standard global policies within the External Fulfillment.
Interfacing with Retail, Supply Chain, and Transportation teams as well as Operations partners, you will contribute to the development of our flexible & customer-centric fulfillment organization.
Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate inventory records in all externalized warehouses across the EU to ensure the ability to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.Audit for and drive compliance with existing SOPs and set new ones to bring inventory quality to the next level in the EU External Fulfillment network.Guide & Develop Inventory Control & Quality Assurance (ICQA) best practices deployment across our EU sites/providers network.Ensure ICQA systems and processes are established in full compliance with global standards and SOX policies.Support and manage critical relations with external partners facing quality issues or contractual claims.Deliver improvement projects to allow existing as well as new sites to thrive and succeed.Work closely with technical development teams to deliver features which are customer-focused, scalable, auditable, and iteratively developed.Solution-driven approach to systems & processes.Language skills in other EMEA languages are a plus.
