The Role: The KAM Fleet Sales is responsible for achieving the fleet business sales goals through the management of Lease and Fleet accounts. You will be reporting to the Vice President Fleet Sales. You will serve as a member of the fleet team, interfacing with key functional areas and providing perspectives on sales, market, customer and competitive conditions. This customer facing position is the primary representative for the Solera brand to customers, prospects and internal stakeholders. It is a highly visible role, both in the field and internally and must interface successfully with all parts of the organization to develop and grow the business.What You'll Do:Work with the VP Fleet Sales and team to establish fleet sales goals commensurate with the business revenue growth objectives.Partner with regional sales VP's and the sales force to obtain leads and manage local customers.Partner with public and private (inter)national fleet companies in the region.Support development and create adequate offers for lease and fleet companies.Build detailed, account level growth plans for existing and prospective accounts.Develop and manage account retention/growth plans.Assist sales executives in the growth and maintenance of relationships with top Lease and Fleet customers.Collaborate with customer service team to maintain customer satisfaction.Work with cross functional team to integrate new products into sales process.Perform ongoing assessments of inside and outside sales to ensure maximum efficiency and the achievement of revenue and margin objectives.Assist in sales presentations and closing of business by wider Solera teams.Maintain and manage sales forecast.What You'll Bring:English and Spanish advanced.Seasoned sales manager with a minimum of five years sales management experience.Experience in data or software sales preferred.Experience in the commercial fleet or automotive industry is a definite plus.Successful track record managing and selling to large international accounts.Demonstrated a range of sales capabilities with the credibility to gain access to key decision makers.Network within Lease and Fleet is preferred.Excellent written and oral presentation skills.Strong conceptual thinker, yet detailed oriented when required.Ability to be self-directed with an overall action orientation.Demonstrated ability to function as a team member with high level of tact and professionalism.Demonstrated multi-cultural awareness is a definite plus.Flexibility and willingness to roll up sleeves, calling on and selling.Willingness to travel.
