Our consultants are fluent in all areas but have extensive experience and expertise in at least one of the above. Our consultants are curious and open-minded people who work with an entrepreneurial approach to deliver innovative solutions.Purpose of the role: Our Interbrand Madrid office is looking for a Senior Consultant to join the Strategy team. The Senior Consultant plays a significant role to help scope and directly manage alongside Assoc Director or Head of Strategy multiple projects to high standards (client satisfaction), acting as point of reference through example internally and through expert advice externally. Works on a significant percentage of International clients when required.Responsibilities:Embody Interbrand values - serves as contributor to positive team culture and quality standards.Contribute to strategic thinking for clients, understanding client objectives and delivering value at every client interaction (kickoff, meeting, conference call, etc).Develop current client relationships (and identifies upselling opportunities if relevant) and coordinates project deliveries alongside Client Service and Design representatives.Lead and contribute directly to structure, content and delivery of documents for internal or client use (diagnostic, repositioning, brand architecture, etc).Lead and moderate workshops (internal and external).Manage consultants and/or analysts (coordinating, coaching, reviewing).Act as First point of supervision and feedback for Consultant work.Act as Second point of supervision and feedback for Analyst work (after Consultant review).Lead New Business POVs and attends New Business opportunities if relevant.Collaborate in marketing material generation and events (writing articles or attending conferences if requested)
