Job Description
We are looking for a talented and passionate Scrum Master to oversee the scrum processes used by the team. As the Scrum Master, you will be responsible for our agile processes and the scrum meetings.
Your role is to increase the dev team's efficiency, to motivate them with a clear vision and passionate drive with a delivery-driven approach. You will be driving the implementation projects and setting standards for the team. You will guide them through the organizational structures of the company and the different agile processes used.
The ultimate goal of the Scrum Master is to facilitate the work without creating coercion, assigning, or dictating the work. The aim is also to ensure a quality environment for the employees and a timely performance of the tasks.
