As Strategy & Ideation Manager, you will lead the definition of AZ Spain's Digital & Innovation strategy and work with AZ BUs to lead the ideation of potential disruptive solutions that will drive impact to our business.
Responsibilities Lead the definition of AZ Spain Digital & Innovation Strategy by connecting the dots.
Strategic reading of BUs challenges and commonalities across brands / TA.
Exploration of disruptive trends with the highest potential for the industry.
Consolidate the link with Global and all the Marketing Companies.
Identification of synergies with other innovation units.
Coordination with AZ Global / other geographies and key stakeholders to align innovation strategy.
Lead the innovation agenda of AZ Spain.
Coordinate and manage project prioritization to conform the innovation pipeline.
Assure involvement of all internal stakeholders in the process.
Anticipate & define (together with the units) the vision of the patient journeys across AZ.
Coordinate pain points exploration from patients' journey.
Lead pain points / opportunities prioritization sessions with BUs.
Coordinate ideation of potential solutions blocks and framing of innovation initiatives.
Lead opportunities research and trends exploration to support initiatives proposals, evaluation, and design.
Connect designed initiatives to desired business goals and outcomes.
Lead and facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops with multi-disciplinary teams to co-create potential solutions ideas.
Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, or a related field.
More than 8 years of relevant work experience in strategy and/or strategic project management (desirable related to Tech companies or Innovation organizations).
More than 4 years of work experience managing cross-functional teams.
Excellent collaboration capacity with internal and external stakeholders.
Familiar with Digital Transformation initiatives.
Familiar with innovation methodologies: Agile, Service Design, UI/UX practices.
Excellent level of spoken and written English (level C1).
Outstanding research and analytical abilities.
Functional Relations Internal BU Teams: Marketing Lead / Brand Managers, Access, Medical, Project sponsors, Compliance and Legal, Global teams.
External: Innovation leaders, Key NHS stakeholders.
