As part of our Talent and Academy team, you'll work alongside the Global Talent Operations Lead and collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to deliver impactful talent management initiatives. If you're a strategic thinker with a knack for project management and a drive for continuous improvement, this is the perfect opportunity to make a meaningful impact!Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & Talent Initiatives: Support talent management projects that drive process improvements, enhance efficiency, and elevate employee experiences. Collaborate on defining project scope, timelines, and goals while ensuring smooth communication with all stakeholders. Craft insightful reports and presentations that influence leadership decisions. Design and facilitate workshops and training programs to empower HRBPs with essential knowledge on talent strategies.Global Onboarding: Own the global onboarding process, ensuring a seamless, engaging experience for new hires that aligns with our company's culture and values. Harmonize regional onboarding efforts to create a consistent, positive experience worldwide.Performance Management: Partner with managers and employees to drive an effective performance management process, ensuring goals are continuously developed and tracked. Provide tools, resources, and guidance to enhance the performance review process.Career Pathing & Employee Engagement: Develop and implement clear career paths, empowering employees to see their growth potential.
