The Role Key Responsibilities: Link Building: Develop and execute white hat link-building strategies to improve the Company's domain authority and search engine rankings.
Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential link-building opportunities, including websites, bloggers, and influencers.
Content Collaboration: Work with the content team to create link-worthy content that attracts natural backlinks.
Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors' backlink profiles to identify link-building opportunities.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with webmasters and industry influencers to secure high-quality backlinks.
Monitoring and Reporting: Track and report on the effectiveness of link-building efforts using SEO tools and analytics.
Compliance: Ensure all link-building activities comply with Google's guidelines and avoid black hat SEO techniques.
Qualifications: Experience: 1-2 years of experience in SEO with a focus on link building.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Skills: Understanding of white hat SEO and link-building techniques. Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc. Strong research and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Attributes: Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Strong interpersonal skills for outreach and relationship building. Enthusiastic about continuous learning and staying updated with SEO trends.
Ideal Profile You have at least 1 year of experience ideally in SEO/SEM within Financial Services and the Internet industry. Experience within the financial sector would be a strong advantage. You are a strong networker & relationship builder. You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
