Mission: To follow-up shipments from HQ Warehouse to final customers. Interface between Local Customer Service and carriers.

Main functions and responsibilities: To follow-up Deliveries:To organize and coordinate direct transport with carriers and HQ Warehouse.To follow-up direct shipments in order to ensure the service to the final customers.To communicate with Local Customer Service to solve customers' complaints.To analyze logistics incidences and take action with carriers to reduce delivery issues.To carry out the tasks of issuing and preparing documents for specifics countries.To review POD (Proof of Delivery) date is correctly entered to ensure proper invoicing.To monitor returns being in contact with Local customer service and carrier.Requirements for the role: Experience: At least 1 or 2 years in Logistics or Operations areasEducation: Engineering Degree or business administrationIdeally Master in LogisticsLanguages: Spanish: Native / BilingualEnglish: Advanced levelCompetencies: Problem-solving skillsTime managementTeam spiritWell organized: close attention to detailAlignment & compliance: walking the talkCommitmentOral/written communicationSpecific Knowledge / Nice to have: Order To Cash processesWarehouse and logistics processesADR/LQ knowledge, not mandatoryAdvanced Excel/SAPThis important multinational in the selective luxury sector offers a temporary position for a maternity leave of minimum 6 months from October with possibilities to extend in a permanent contract, in an excellent working environment.
