DESCRIPTION: Ring is seeking a talented Quality Assurance Engineer (QAE) with a strong focus on automation to join our team to fortify our Billing and Subscriptions team.
As a QAE - Automation Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and functionality of our software products through automated testing processes.

In this role, you will spearhead the automation testing and quality assurance efforts for various tools and cloud services integral to our billing and subscriptions systems.

Key Job Responsibilities: Develop and maintain robust automated test scripts and frameworks, ensuring the comprehensive validation of software functionality, performance, and reliability.
Collaborate closely with development teams to identify opportunities for test automation integration throughout the software development lifecycle, facilitating the seamless incorporation of automated tests into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
Analyze test results, report defects, and provide detailed information to support developers in troubleshooting and resolution.
Work closely with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and ensure automated tests align with business requirements.
Contribute to the development of test plans, test cases, and testing documentation.
