The Senior Director will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction and optimizing operational efficiency within the Oncology Medical Affairs function on a global scale.Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership and Direction: Collaborate closely with the Global Head of Medical Affairs Strategy and Execution - Oncology to define and set the strategic direction for the team. Provide strategic guidance and oversight for the development and execution of medical affairs initiatives and programs in alignment with the overall oncology portfolio strategy.Operational Excellence and Process Optimization: Establish robust processes and guiding principles to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness. Lead efforts to optimize workflows, streamline end-to-end processes, and implement best practices to enhance operational performance.Cross-Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of medical affairs activities.
