About the Role: The mission of Peripheral Interventions is to deliver minimally invasive therapies for peripheral artery disease, venous disease, and cancer.
We are over 300 people in EMEA, a mixture of sales, marketing, and clinical specialist roles with the support of key functions - Finance, HR, Health economics and Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Medical Education.
This role will continue to develop a high-performing team inspired by making a difference for patients and determined to develop the business and grow market share.
Responsibilities: Managing all aspects of the divisional product franchises to establish and maintain a market leadership position in the region for the individual product lines. Determining and implementing the appropriate marketing & sales models to maximize revenue and profit. Leading the formation of the Strategic Plan through Market Opportunity Assessment and Customer Segmentation. Driving execution of the plan through leadership and coaching of the country team. Working in line with EMEA and cluster sales and marketing strategies to plan, schedule, and execute sales tactics in securing Boston Scientific product positioning, market penetration, training, and forecasting against market and sales plans. Referencing marketing intelligence and research to properly strategize with the sales team to capture and broaden Boston Scientific's market share. Aiding the achievement of customer satisfaction and business growth through focused business planning and people management. What are we looking for in you: Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
MBA degree will be valued. Strong sales and marketing track record. Experience in managing a diverse team of Sales & Marketing Managers, Sales & Clinical Teams. Demonstrates ability to work with and manage cross-cultural teams in a matrix environment. Fluency in English and Spanish. Strong business acumen. Significant management experience in building successful business strategies, in tough market environments, preferably gained in the life sciences industry. Experience of leading teams and leading/coaching sales managers. Proven record of developing both teams and individuals. Strong capacity in engaging teams.
