We are searching for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to join our operations team. In this position, you will own the relationships with Rubiko´s clients from prospecting to onboarding, follow their lifecycle, understand their business vision and needs, and assure Rubiko services stay aligned with industry trends. We are a fast-growing start-up based in Barcelona, with a young and professional international team. Reporting to the CEO & Business Operations, you will work with external clients and internal key stakeholders across all departments.

Responsibilities:
Engage with clients from the discovery phase to onboarding and throughout the client´s full lifecycle for all upselling and cross-selling opportunities.Ensure the best client experience, providing valuable business insights that support their growth and strategies.Liaise with marketing partners and agencies for business development campaigns, design, and implement sales and marketing strategies.Grow and expand Rubiko's customer base.Represent Rubiko in front of clients, partners, and at all business events.Lead and expand online and offline market approaches focused on new client acquisition.Follow client's business results to identify potential issues in advance, addressing them with internal teams and the client.Manage Rubiko´s CRM, analyze data, track KPIs, and report accordingly.Liaise with operations departments to implement client initiatives and projects, aligning client's business goals with our solutions.Overall, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, develop client loyalty, and engage with internal teams to achieve business goals.Conduct regular review meetings and surveys with clients and assess Rubiko's service value.Manage external communications for clients and marketing. Requirements:Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing.Thinking outside the box and inquisitive - can-do attitude.Interested in new technology and tech-savvy.High attention to detail, organized, and agile.Transparent & direct communicator, excellent presentation skills.Strong systems knowledge, including Excel, CRM software, and ability to build own processes.Excellent communicator both verbally and in written form, able to engage and clearly explain data analysis.Fluent in English, advanced level of written language.
