What You Get To Do Every DayResponsibilities: Reach out to new employees prior to their first day for onboarding preparation.Manage new hire onboarding process and conduct 4+ hours of training on first day(s).Introduce new employees to the company culture, policies, benefits, schedules, and teams.Walk new employees through systems and ensure proper access is given.Troubleshoot any issues new employees may have with training or access.Track new hire onboarding and training completion.Provide resources and support to new employees.Monitor progress of new employees and follow up with survey one week after orientation.Provide feedback on ways to improve the onboarding process.Help build out the UDEMY learning platform building and assigning learning plans and tracking progress.Successfully and proactively shepherd the organization through its annual cycles such as merit, annual and mid-year performance review, and benefits open enrollment.Answer various benefits questions.Responsible for periodic data accuracy cleanup and administration, developing reports and analyzing for trends and relevant insights.Be an additional point of contact for advising and coaching employees through multiple People/organizational processes and performance.Implement innovative People solutions and process improvement.Takes on additional projects as needed and manages end to end.Qualifications: BA or BS from an accredited college, with a Human Resources or other related major.A minimum of 3 years of previous experience as a People Generalist capacity with a focus on onboarding.HRBP experience welcome.Results driven and with a comprehensive approach to managing all People processes autonomously from end to end; from administrative to strategic.A true hands-on approach and willingness to complete administrative People tasks.Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, also highly familiar with HRIS and other People related systems, including data management, building standard reports and troubleshooting.Inherent self-sufficiency, flexibility and confidence with a preference for autonomy and self-direction to take ownership and manage activities & processes to achieve results.Thrives in fast paced environment and comfortable with ambiguity.An enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment with excellent relationship building abilities.Proactive project management capabilities that drive for results from inception to execution.Deep commitment to organizational learning and development that encourages leadership and employees alike for improvement.Bonus Points: Knowledgeable of the latest trends in Blockchain and DeFi.Knowledge of Cybersecurity landscape and selling infosec services or products.#J-18808-Ljbffr
