Overview:The Associate Finance and Operations Manager will be responsible for budget control, client invoicing, accounting, and office management. They will assist in financial modeling and economic evaluation of projects in the region, as well as preparation and update of business plans based on the Institution's strategic plan.**Responsibilities**:**Key Action Areas**:- Work closely with the directors of the organization, and especially with Operations teams to ensure the financial performance understanding.- Budget process:- Assist in all aspects of preparing, reviewing, monitoring, projecting,
and allocating the Budget Request.- Assist in aligning the budget with the strategic plan in developing the budget request and in developing multi-year budget projections.- Provide with analyses, projections and presentations of financial reports, including the budget submissions for executive management.- Provide with financial technical knowledge and advice on the improvement and innovation of the budget process.- Negotiate the budget proposals with those responsible for the areas.- Carry out financial planning activities, such as the preparation of detailed profitability analysis, KPI's, etc. Continuous monitoring of the main budget items evolution, projects and departments of the company.- Support in the financial planning of new projects, helping to define new businesses, processes, standards, and operational plans.- Support the process of signing new contracts, following up and ensuring due diligence of the process.- Administrative management of the Centre's activity and commercial office. Search for synergies in existing activities. Working closely with the Control and Administration team.Qualifications:**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business,
or related field.- MBA or master's degree from a recognized institution.- Bilingual in English and Spanish (oral and written).- At least 4 years of financial experience as a consultant or in a corporate finance department. Experience in Big4 or similar consulting firms is desirable.- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point.
