Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze client requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Provide expert guidance on Dynatrace best practices, configurations, and integrations. Monitor and optimize platform performance, ensuring seamless operation for clients. Support end-users with troubleshooting, maintenance, and enhancement requests. Qualifications: Proven experience with Dynatrace platforms, with certifications ServiceNow experience is nice to have, but it's essential for the role. We're happy to teach you.
