Job Title: Dynamics 365 FO Application Service Lead Consultant
Location: Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao or Sevilla with the option to work remotely up to 30% of the time. This role requires travel to various locations across Europe.
Salary: 65k€ gross salary + 10% bonus

About the company One of Europe's leading suppliers of industrial maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) products and services is looking for a D365 FO Application Services Lead Consultant to join the team.
The role consists of delivering Dynamics 365 FO application services, data migration and integrations, to the Group companies. It also requires working with all business areas during project lifecycle, from the onboarding to implementation and support, including providing project management support.
Key Responsibilities Application advisor:
Work on implementations through initiation to delivery and post go-live support, analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that align with business goals. Knowledge base for end users and team members on implementations. This can be product knowledge or industry expertise. Perform additional duties as required by the D365FO program. Data migration:
Lead and take responsibility over data migration, from legacy system to D365FO (end to end). Get involved with the business to understand business requirements and ensure data quality checks are in place. Perform data migration activities using Dynamics standard data management tools. Integrations:
Lead and take responsibility for integrations between the company's group systems ensuring success from the design phase to run mode. D365FO maintenance:
Provide technical support to the local teams during run mode. Lead and coordinate the One version update for the different markets across the company, including organizing and coordinating the tests to ensure version update does not impact business. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance solution quality and efficiency Ensure that architectural solutions adhere to industry best practices and organizational standards. Understand different market needs and flexibility. Track and monitor the performance of the system in LCS, work closely with the external partner to avoid any business disruption. Maintain system health and adhere to Microsoft best practices during run mode using Dynamics LCS. Skills & Experience Essential:
Languages: Spanish and English. 7+ years of hands-on software implementation experience with Dynamics 365. Finance and Operations in a technical lead role, data migration and integrations workstreams. At least two implementations delivered from the beginning to the end covering the role of technical lead, data migration and integrations. Experienced in DevOps and LCS (admin level). Knowledge on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement- Customization & Configuration, Plug-ins, Workflows, JavaScript. Understanding of common industry standard business practices supported by Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations. Good presentation and demonstration skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Industry-specific knowledge – ideally Distribution. Good understanding of implementation methodology. Drive for results – action-orientated. Bachelor's or Master's degree in science, engineering, computer science or related field. Desirable:
Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Certification. Demonstrate understanding of Distribution processes and best practices. Knowledge in Output document design or equivalent software with D365.
