Dynamics 365 Consultant Job framework data Work location Canton St. Gallen Working Model Hybrid Employment Type Full Time Home office 80 Tasks - Take responsibility for managing projects related to Order Management Warehousing and Outbound Logistics (including Packaging Shipping).
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initial brainstorming and planning to implementation and training delivery.
- Conduct in-depth business requirement analysis and design tailored ERP solutions that meet organizational needs.
- Configure logistics processes within the ERP system and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Work closely with the development team to translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide support during the development phase.
- Facilitate user training sessions and ensure a smooth handover of solutions to the operational teams.
Requirements - At least 3 years of professional experience as an ERP Functional Consultant specializing in logistics areas such as Order Management Warehousing and Outbound processes.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage international projects with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in business process modeling and conceptual design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Fluent in English with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and confidently under pressure.
