We are recruiting a Dynamics 365CE Functional Consultant Sales & Customer Service to reinforce our team in Madrid with the possibility of working on a hybrid basis.Responsibilities: Deliver quality developments (customization and integration) with defined quality standards.Go through functional design of given business requirements for functional solution and create detailed functional design document (FDD).Work closely with technical consultants to understand requirements.Report progress periodically to lead/project manager and assist them in reporting.Check in/check out code in Azure DevOps and update work items.Elaboration of test plan documents.Solve functional issues encountered during testing cycles.Provide training sessions to the customer.What we are looking for:Functional Consultant with 3+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE platform; Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE framework and platform (sales, customer service, field service, customer insights); Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE design and development experience; Demonstrable knowledge in customization, low code flows and Apps over Power Automate and Power Apps; Knowledge of capabilities of the supporting software in the Microsoft stack such as Power Platform and Azure integration tools is a plus; Experience in using Azure DevOps for code management and requirement management; Good understanding of project methodologies especially Agile (JIRA); Microsoft certificationsare a plus; Fluent in Spanish and English.What we have to offer:Flexibility in the work regime (hybrid); Participation in projects with innovative technologies and an international dimension; Dynamic working environment; Continuous on-the-job training; Remuneration commensurate with proven experience.If you identify with this profile, send us your updated CV to ******#J-18808-Ljbffr
