Multinational medical company Temporary opportunity Acerca de nuestro clienteThe Marketing Assistant will join the Professional Education Team reporting to the Clinical Education Manager. The Marketing Assistant will work closely with the Regional Marketing Team field-based opportunities covering Europe.
DescripciónPrepare compliance and legal paperwork for European Healthcare Professionals engagements and coordinate related logistics.Provide logistical and administrative support for internal meetings, trainings, regional external events, and Professional Education activities.Manage invoicing, purchase orders, and intercompany approval forms.Support the execution of sales incentives programs.Distribute samples and promotional material.Update access to all marketing and sales tools for field Teams as required.Support other marketing activities and projects to meet business needs.Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)Strong organisational skills, preferably with a bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.Some experience in event management will be a bonus.Proactive, self-motivated, open-minded, and with an agile attitude.Ability to work independently, methodically, have excellent communication skills, be a team player, and have a strong command of the English language.Qué ofrecemosMonday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm. Remote option.
