Key Accountabilities and Duties : Provide strong leadership to the Automation and Cloud team, setting clear goals and objectives, and ensuring alignment with the organization's vision and strategy. Oversee the day-to-day activities of the team, including workload distribution, resource allocation, and task prioritization. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of learning, growth, and continuous improvement. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for individual and team development. Work closely with stakeholders to define the automation strategy, roadmap,
and goals for the team, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Lead the team in implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and intelligent automation solutions, including process mining and task mining, to drive operational efficiency and improve business processes. Take ownership of the Cloud Competency Center, responsible for defining and implementing the organization's cloud strategy, governance, and standards. Collaborate with business partners to understand their cloud requirements and provide expert guidance on cloud adoption and optimization. Lead the team in evaluating, selecting, and implementing cloud technologies, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
