As a product-led organisation, Product at Ebury drives strategy for the business, and as Product Owner - Transaction Monitoring & Screening you will be responsible for AML/CTF, fraud and sanctions monitoring and screening modelling, tooling and performance within the business, including enhancements required to support new commercial product, client verticals, jurisdictions and regulatory requirements.Responsibilities : You will be responsible for:Collaborating on product strategy for transaction monitoring and screening, including system upgrades and enhancements as well as developments to support new commercial product, such as cards and instant payments, client verticals such as payroll and e-commerce, and business expansion into new jurisdictions.Managing end to end delivery of new initiatives within transaction monitoring and payment screening as well as identifying and executing against improvements to current features and processes.Keeping up-to-date with market, industry and regulatory trends in transaction monitoring and payment screening, which will drive your product decisions.Defining, tracking and monitoring KPIs for product initiatives, and taking decisions and actions based on results.Communicating product performance against KPIs to relevant stakeholders within the business.Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of stakeholder (internal and external) needs and behaviours, to enable you to design and deliver successful product outcomes.Working collaboratively with Technology and other stakeholders to define requirements, epics and stories.Expectations : You will have:A deep understanding of regulatory requirements, financial crime typologies and industry best practice across AML, fraud and sanctions, and will be familiar with tooling and software solutions available in the space.Good data analytics skills, and a bias to making decisions based on data.A strong focus on the client, and will base decisions on client feedback.Solid communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to clearly communicate product needs and requirements to leadership, business and technical stakeholders.Strong organisational and project management skills.A minimum of 2 years working in a product role in a high-growth fintech or neobank, or a software/service company.A minimum of 2 years product management experience, in a Product Owner or Product Manager role.Successful delivery of product solutions in a fast-paced, agile organisation
