The people you'll like to work with and things you'll enjoy impacting: As an Outbound/Retention Specialist in our Customer Success team, your purpose will be to ensure the satisfaction and loyalty of B2B customers in Spain.
You will be responsible for:
Preventing churnCarrying out upsell and migration activitiesProviding support on the use of the tool when necessaryManaging payment issues and reactivationsEnsuring the retention and development of existing customersConducting satisfaction surveys to assess the quality of customer serviceIdentifying improvement areas and proposing ideas to improve our retention proceduresTo ensure you succeed in this role you're going to need:
Experience in Customer Success/retention or similar rolesCustomer-oriented with excellent listening, persuasion, negotiation, and speaking skillsMeticulous and organized, enabling you to respond quickly and effectively to our customer's needsPositive and proactive attitude, commitment, and ownership of workTeam playerKnowledge of solutions such as Salesforce/Zowie/Google Suite is an asset.
At a minimum, we require conversational level English language skills.
