Job Summary: The goal is to ensure the HR department's operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.
Reporting to Head, Human Resources , you will be one of the key members of the HR team.
We are searching for an experienced, ambitious, and energetic person, with strong people knowledge and experience and significant negotiation skills.
The desired person shall be open to cross-cultural communication and cooperation and shall be independent in their performance.
Main Tasks of the Position: Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs Schedule departmental interviews Responsible for leading recruitment processes in the company recruitment system Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team Promote the company's reputation as "best place to work" Other HR related tasks if assigned Required Qualifications, Experience, Competencies: Educational degree in Human Resources Management or related field Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.)
Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
