Valuing our people is what makes us one global team, with our colleagues' safety at the heart of our organization.How to contribute to our vision Supports Project Manager External in clarifying customer requirements and specifications during the request for proposal (RFP) and proposal.Designs and develops technical specifications, timelines, milestones, and budgets needed for the project.Coordinates resources and monitors and reports progress and milestones regularly to all stakeholders.Negotiates or contributes to negotiations with suppliers and vendors.Responsible for meeting all project milestones and technical objectives.Monitors budget adherence and may take actions to minimize non-conformance costs.Checks project results, designs respective test procedures, and monitors test results.Ensures proper documentation of project results and of all products or technologies delivered.Adheres to PM standards defined and manages and coordinates all temporarily assigned project staff.What you need to make a difference Passion for renewable energy and a sense of the importance to lead the change.
