.We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Product Owner to lead our Onsite Support Services.
This critical function encompasses a variety of essential services to ensure seamless IT operations within the organization.
The role involves overseeing Asset Management, which includes tracking and managing IT assets throughout their lifecycle.
Additionally, the position will oversee Onsite Services (IMAC/D) for installations, moves, adds, changes, and disposal of IT equipment, along with the management of vending machines, remote diagnostics tools, and asset management platforms.
The Product Owner will also play a key role in the Walk-in Center, ensuring immediate, face-to-face technical support for employees.
These services work together to maintain an efficient and effective IT environment.

What will make you succeed in this position?
Higher education degree in business administration, change management, economics, IT, or comparable education.
Possess international experience, demonstrating the ability to manage and collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams across different regions.
Proven experience (5+ years) in Onsite support products: Asset Management, Onsite Site Services (IMAC/D), Walk-in center.
Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems & MAC OS, HW devices.
Overview knowledge of workplace SaaS products and services.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Profound knowledge of the customer, market, and competitors.
