We're looking for a talented Product Manager to deliver world-class analysis and guide strategic business decisions for Amazon Fresh. Key Job Responsibilities: Own and execute end-to-end analysis including scoping, design, data collection, data analysis, creation of recommendations and presentation of results to senior leadership. Define Pricing, Promotion and Fees strategy for Continental Europe. Write narrative to gain support for your strategy and influence peers and senior leadership. Employ data mining, segmentation, and other analytical techniques to capture important trends and create relevant measurement dashboards. Drive improvement in customer Price Perception (e.G. T-CSAT). Work with various stakeholders to understand drivers, goals, and actionable outcomes using analytics. Define product requirements. Lead end-to-end complex cross-functional projects to improve value perception. About the Team: You will be part of the Amazon Fresh Product Management team and will work on pricing, fees, and promotion strategy for Continental Europe. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor Degree in STEM or economics. A fluency in standard software including Excel, SQL (Python knowledge is a plus). Robust analytical & modelling skills required. Significant product management experience and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects. Possess strong communication and persuasion skills. Has a superior attention to detail. Must be comfortable working in cross-functional teams. Fluent English skills. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree or equivalent. 5+ years of relevant work experience in data science, business analytics, finance, business intelligence (BI), or comparable analytics positions handling large, complex data sets. Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and generate innovative solutions in an extremely fast-paced environment. Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams. Ability to solve complex problems quantitatively and develop clear, data-driven business recommendations. Experience leading cross-functional projects with business and technical teams. Experience working with Tableau or similar data visualization tools and SAS/R/Python or similar statistical tools. Experience launching (A/B) Price tests, e-Commerce weblabs, hypothesis analysis and developing decision tree frameworks. Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
