Mission: What You'll Bring:
Achievement of annual revenue targets and development of industry relationships within the sector.Effective development of a sales pipeline that has the necessary coverage at all times, taking and reporting what remedial action is required to achieve revenue targets.Collaboratively work with the client's enterprise-wide teams to ensure opportunities are maximized.Collaboratively work with consulting teams, product teams, and business development to maximize revenue opportunities.Develop client engagement and account plans to effectively communicate and execute an effective client engagement strategy that increases sales performance.Build solid relationships with Business Partners from across the business to ensure all people, product, legal & compliance, and marketing activities are executed and managed consistently to Company standards.Report and monitor competitor offerings and activity.Oversee the negotiation of client contracts ensuring, in conjunction with internal stakeholders, that new business contracts cover all possible solutions and are commercially sound.Profile: Sales leadership experience and ability to deliver on key sales KPI's.Extensive consulting selling experience with a strong ability to identify client's critical business issues and aligned solutions that solve their problems.Ability to communicate business cases and value propositions of solutions.Proven sales/business development track record.A strong client network is preferred.Able to build credibility and strong relationships (internal and external).Ability to communicate and present at all levels, including senior management.High level of English.
