What you'll be doing?As an Accountant, your role will be crucial in managing and processing our financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our Accounts Payable operations:
Accounts payable and cash (bookkeeping, accounting, payments)Manage and maintain invoice filesCost control and analysisControl and reconciliation of specific accountsSupplier statements reconciliationMonth-end close activitiesSupport on other G/L, AR activitiesContact for suppliers and support for internal functions (procurement, sales, CS)Collaboration on external audits and internal control processesWhat are we looking for?Academic degree related to Finance and/or accountingAt least 4 years experience in Accounts Payable & Accounting in a multinational companyUsed to work with ERPsAdvanced user of Excel (complex formulas and functions, pivot tables, macros, data analysis, modeling)Control and reconciliation mindedGood level of EnglishFlexible, proactive, analytical, problem solving, strong organizational skillsGood knowledge of the accounting rules and standardsWhat will make you stand out?Experience working with Dynamic Navision or NetSuite.
