Duty Sales Manager [Kl916]

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to become a Duty Manager for our offices in Madrid. The person will be responsible for achieving branch sales targets, leading a successful sales team, upkeeping of our branch standards, and assuring 100% compliance for their area.
Essential ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate sound knowledge of the foreign exchange market.Ensure staff maximize the full potential in each transaction.Identify business opportunities within their area.Comprehend and adhere to compliance obligations, Anti-Money Laundering, and all company policies.Demonstrate commitment to continuing education and knowledge of the foreign exchange industry in general.Perform all other reasonable duties as requested by the General Manager of the country.Qualifications2-5 years experience managing staff in a retail environment.Strong communication skills - verbal and written in English and Spanish.Team oriented, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic working relationships.Decision making, organizational, and time management skills - with attention to detail.A tenacious approach; possess a positive attitude toward and ability to effectively adapt to change.A high degree of self-motivation, with an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Foreign Exchange Experience a Plus.SalaryFrom 2,000.00€ per month.
