Job Description
Ensuring the smooth operation and coordination of all departmentsActing as the main point of contact for customers and staff, particularly during shiftsDealing with customer complaints, queries, and requests for informationEnsuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to by all staff and visitorsManaging cash handling and banking proceduresPerforming administrative tasks such as scheduling shifts and managing employee performanceTraining staff and monitoring their performance and progressCommunicating effectively with staff and upper managementEnsuring that all facilities are kept clean and well maintainedAssisting in the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures Qualifications
Proven experience as a Duty Manager or relevant roleStrong leadership and people management skillsGood knowledge of operations managementAbility to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activitiesCustomer-service oriented with excellent communication skillsKnowledge of industry's legal rules and guidelines Additional Information
You should have excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and organizational skills, as well as a creative and flexible mindset.
