We are seeking an experienced Training Quality Manager to join our dynamic team in Casablanca. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development and implementation of quality and training processes that enhance the performance and skills of our production teams. As the key point of contact for our clients on quality and training matters, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our procedures meet the highest standards. Your Tasks Coordinate and Manage Training Department Implement customer training plans with the support of trainers. Design, update, and archive training materials, including modules, guides, and tests. Oversee the deployment of customer training courses in collaboration with trainers. Manage Quality and Training Activities Develop and maintain Quality monitoring tools. Implement the Group's Quality policy in coordination with HR, Site General Manager, and Operations Managers. Produce and analyze activity reports using internal tools. Update and manage documentation, databases, and knowledge bases. Centralize and disseminate quality knowledge across the team using appropriate tools. Monitor and Control Quality/Training Activities Track indicators and implement action plans and audits. Conduct document and data entry quality checks. Prepare reports on activities, audits, and recommendations. Organize and lead meetings, both internally and with Chief Development Officers (CDOs). Team Management Manage a team of trainers, quality, and process managers. Develop the skills of team members. Create and enforce a training and quality team pay plan. Training Engineering Analyze training needs for business, product, and cross-functional skills. Develop a training schedule based on the needs of all production teams, including customer service representatives, supervisors, and trainers. Required Skills Fluent Dutch or Flemish with English (C level), French is a plus. Strong experience in training and quality management. Excellent organizational and coordination abilities. Proficiency in developing and implementing quality monitoring tools. Ability to manage teams and develop staff skills effectively. Strong analytical skills and experience in reporting. Ability to lead meetings and collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in managing and updating documentation and databases.
