You will be part of an elite team that shows best practices and tests new products and materials.
You will be answering inbound calls and offering insurance packages to consumers who have purchased a new appliance.
These customers will call you when they register their appliances.
Your role will be to capture all important details and confirm the registration once it is done.
A big part of your responsibility is to explain the legal warranty and offer additional insurance.The agent should have a strong commercial profile, good knowledge of sales techniques, and know how to deal with objections effectively.
The agent should also possess strong customer service skills and be accustomed to working towards targets.
