You'll investigate and troubleshoot payment and account concerns, ensuring strong relationships with customers through prompt follow-up.
Your role As a Customer Service Advisor, your main duty will be to deliver exceptional support to customers by handling both technical and administrative queries via telephone, chat, and email.
