Responsibilities: Dutch-language inbound customer support via phone, chat, and email
Responding to customer inquiries and documenting relevant case information
Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
Assisting with sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues
Appropriately addressing customer escalations and accurately documenting the process
Collaborating with other technicians to resolve or properly close tickets
Maintaining the internal ticketing system in English
Upholding the company's values and contributing to maintaining a positive brand reputation

Your Profile: Native-level Dutch language skills + English proficiency
Experience in technical troubleshooting is advantageous
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to simplify technical jargon for non-technical users
PC literacy is required
Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets
Aptitude for wireless troubleshooting
Patience to communicate and solve issues
